Q. Can I
choose which operator's greeting I will hear during my
wake up call?
A. Our user-friendly web-form allows subscribers
to schedule wakeup calls online, and to choose the operator whose greeting will be heard for each call. Greetings, operators, calls,
and other options may be varied, and changed at any timel. Can't decide?
Like variety? No problem! Choose the "random" option,
and let us surprise you.

Can I have a personalized greeting made just for me?
A. Yes! Our Executive Level package
includes one personalized greeting. tailored to your needs, and recorded by the operator of your choice. The Executive package
includes a seven-minute, live telephone consultation, during which you and your operator will create the perfect way to start your day, every day.

Q. Can
I purchase additonal customized greetings?
A. Subscribers may purchase as many customized
greetings as they'd like. The $15.00 fee includes
a seven-minute telephone consulation with the operator
of your choice so that you may tell her exactly how you'd like to be greeted, each morning.

Q.
Do I have to become a subscriber to speak to an operator?
A. Of course not! Live operators
are available for motivational coaching to non-subscribers, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Call our offices at (800) 555-1212 and our
receptionist will gladly connect you with one of our motivational coaches.
Subscribers receive session discounts, and pay $2.99 per minute. Non-subscribers are billed the regular rate of $3.99 per minute.
There is a 7 minute minimum, and calls appear on your credit card statement as "PSA
Solutions." top

What's the difference between a subscriber and a member?
A. Subscribers pay a monthly fee, and receive substantial discounts on motivational sessions, as well as special access to all VIP website features. Members receive limited access to VIP website features.

the snooze feature work?
A. Pressing the number "2"
on your telephone keypad at any time during your wakeup
call will schedule a reminder call, ten minutes later. top of page

How can I speak with a live operator during my wake up
call?
A. That's so easy you can do it in your sleep! Simply press the number "1" on your telephone keypad at any time during your call. You will be automatically transfered to our
dispatch center, and our receptionist will quickly connect
you to the live operator of your choice. ExecutiveWakeupCall subscribers
receive a 25% discount on motivational coaching
sessions ($2.99 per minute. $3.99 per minute for non-subscribers. There is a 7 minute minimum for all motivational sessions).

Q. Can I get Executive WakeUp Calls in any country?
A. Although ExecutiveWakeupCall
currently serves the United States and Canada, wake-up calls may be received at any location, worldwide, if placed to cell-phones registered and with working numbers in the United States and Canada. Soon, however, we
plan to offer our special brand of wake up calls and motivational
coaching services in the United Kingdom (England, Wales,
and Scotland), France, Germany, and Australia. We will not rest until we can wake up the world!

Q.
How does billing work, and what name will be on my credit
card statement?
A. Executive Wakeup Call has two billing
divisions. Subscription services are billed every month
until cancelled, and credit card statements will reflect charges from "Reminder Message Services." Charges for
live, motivational coaching sessionls appear as "PSA Solutions."

Q. Am I able
to send my favorite operators gifts, or tip them for a
job well done?
A. Indeed! Our highly-trained professionals often go above and beyond the call of duty, and gifts are not only allowed, but greatly appreciated. Simply makes your wishes known to the receptionist at our call center, and she will assist you. top of page

Q.
How soon after I subscribe will I be able to use the service?
A. Upon receipt of authorization from your credit card company,
your account will be activated, and you will be able to schedule
wakeup calls, immediately. Executive Level subscribers may also use our services right away, selecting
a standard greeting, if necessary, for the initial
wakeup call. Please allow 24 hours from the time of your consultation for your personalized
greeting to be created, uploaded, and activated.

Q. Can I
receive wakeup calls on my hotel room phone when I'm travelling?
A. No. Receiving Executive Wake
Up Calls through hotel switchboards would require the full cooperation of assorted desk
clerks, receptionists, operators, and automated PBX systems, making it impossible to guarantee your
call is delivered. In order that you, and only you,
receive your wakeup calls, we recommend subscribers
rely upon either mobile telephones or home phones.
